In all my years of training females, I have come to understand that it is what we do when no one else is watching that actually determines how successful we are.
How we see ourselves dictates the way we choose to show up for ourselves in any given moment.
You see ladies, there is a part of you that knows exactly what the relationship is with yourself when there is no one around – when it is only you with you.
That is the part of you that you will fall ‘back on’ when you and I are no longer working together.
That’s the part of you I am here to coach.
