Lifting Workshops

Commercial gyms today are amazing facilities that offer so much for the strength training female.
 
 But without the proper guidance, lifting technique and support system, the gym floor can be an incredibly daunting place where we can be attending for years, but never really see or feel quality results for all the time and effort we are consistently put in.
Ladies, to be able to build more muscle, increase our metabolism and create womanly curves on our body, we must be able to progress our training to confidently lift more. 

Improving your technical expression as a lifter will absolutely take you down that path and this is exactly what these workshops will help you to achieve.
Held at EMF Robina, these workshops are presented in an exclusive semi-private training environment. 

In these workshops I will coach you how to:
  • Train without lower back pain. Often what holds a female back from expressing her full potential when lifting is knowing how to hold her body so that she isn’t limited by feeling what she shouldn’t.
  • Lift with intention. When you lift with intention, you know what you want your body to do to be able to perform each exercise correctly. Training with intention isn’t just about doing, it’s about communicating with your body so that it moves the way you want it to.
  • Build your confidence in filming your lifts. Knowing where and how to set-up your phone to film is an important part of how you will learn what to do with your body when training. This is such a powerful teaching resource that I would love to see more women use.
  • Learn from and with other women who are on the same path. This workshop is a shared experience with women who are also here to get the most out of their training.
WHAT DOES THE WORKSHOP ACTUALLY INCLUDE?
  • 1.5 to 2 hour face-2-face training workshop at EMF Performance Centre, Robina
  • Individualised lifting critique to instantly improve your technique
  • 4 weeks of online training programs with up to 4 strength training sessions per week to put into practice what you’ve learnt in the workshop
  • Video explanation and break-down of all exercises to support your understanding when training in the weeks after your workshop
