Your Community Support
Commercial gyms today are amazing facilities that offer so much for the strength training female.
But without the proper guidance, lifting technique and support, the gym floor can be an incredibly daunting place where we can be training for years, but never really reaching our goals.
To be able to build more muscle, increase our metabolism and create womanly curves, we must be able to progress our training to confidently lift more.
Program Lifted gives you an enriched training experience with duel-level training modalities, designed to compliment each other:
1) FACE-TO-FACE LIFTING WORKSHOPS
Learning to lift not only enhances your understanding, it also improves your overall awareness of how to move and control your body.
This is what puts you in control of how your body changes.
Coached in a semi-private training environment, these workshops are held weekly @ EMF Robina, or monthly for Country Women's Project (see program links below).
2) PERSONALISED TRAINING APP
Your weekly training programs will reinforce what you learn in your lifting workshops, giving you direction and purpose, anytime you're on the gym floor.
Your personalised training programs are tailored to your proficiency level (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), accommodate any injuries you may have, and have an in-built exercise swap feature that provides you with on-the-spot options if equipment is unavailable.
As you learn how to train your body effectively, you tap into a source of confidence that surpasses any superficial source, because it's not dependent on someone's opinion.
This is how we are going to create and increase your body confidence.
Improving your technical expression when lifting will absolutely take you down that path, and with Program Lifted's unique duel-level training, it won't be long before the gym feelings as if it's your second home.
Many programs underestimate the importance of nutrition and lack a structured approach to improving our relationship with food. This approach fails to address the most impactful aspects needed to be implemented for long-term success.
Program Lifted is here to change that.
When you join Program Lifted, there are 3 levels of nutrition support:
- Your personalised nutrition plan, accessed through our training & nutrition app, SEE HERE
- Nutrition education modules, accessed on our community platform, teaching you what effective nutrition is SEE HERE
- Personal guidance from your coach on a weekly basis via your check-in spreadsheet and weekly video feedback.
CUSTOMISED MEAL PLAN
Your customised nutrition meal plan is designed to remove any frustration or confusion associated with learning how to track macros and calories, and uniquely structures your nutrition for fat loss, muscle building, or maintenance calorie goals.
Your personalised nutrition app gives you access to a variety of delicious recipes accommodating for vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or dairy-free preferences and additionally, the flexibility to switch to different recipe options whenever you like - you'll never get bored of the same food!
What I personally love about our nutrition app is that it gives you the flexibility to dine out or make a meal swap, while recalculating your calories for you, keeping you on track whilst enjoying your lifestyle!

Throughout the program, you will encounter a mix of independent and supported learning opportunities across various touch-points, ensuring you have a comprehensive and balanced learning experience.
Your education and community platform will be where you are able to solidify your understanding of how flexible dieting works, taking you away from the all-or-nothing approach to nutrition, and learn how to train effectively & becoming more efficient on the gym floor each week.
As I equip you with the knowledge, habits, and confidence to purposefully develop a lifestyle that aligns with your goals, you will feel in control of your progress more than ever.

Having what we want is a side-effect of being the person it takes to get it.
I have designed this program to upskill you with everything you need to be able to maintain your goals long term, to know how to organise your nutrition as it relates to your lifestyle & goals, and how to continue to meet your needs in many different situations (when travelling, socialising, etc).
Each week you will have access to your nutrition education modules, direct access to me (your coach), and the support and connection of a community of females who are here to grow with you, whilst helping you to achieve your best in life!
